Skills for Psychological Recovery

The TSTN Learning Community has committed to learning about and disseminating information about Skills for Psychological Recovery (SPR) for our MSU campus.  This is an evidence informed modular intervention that aims to help survivors gain skills to manage distress and cope with post-disaster stress and adversity. SPR can be useful for people directly impacted by disasters and those who want to support such individuals. The more we all know about these skills, the more supportive we can be to those in our community. This page includes helpful links and resources about the SPR model.
